RESOLUTION NO. 1142
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY FIXING TIME AND PIACE OF HEARING REPORT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF PIANNING COMMISSION ON
THE PETITION OF LUTHER~NCHURCH FOR THE REZON-
ING OF 4.70 ACRES OF IAND LOCATED ALONG THE
NORTHSIDE OF HECKER PASS HIGHWAY FROM I-Z (IN-
TERIM ZONE) TO R-l (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)
DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Gilroy has
reported to the Council of said City upon the application of
Luthern Church for the rezoning from I-Z (Interim Zone) District
to R-l (Single Family Residential) District the 4.70 acres of
land belonging to said church located along the northside of Hec-
ker Pass Highway in the City of Gilroy, in which report it recom-
mends that said rezoning be approved and granted; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the said Planning Commission held
a public hearing upon the said Petition and that legal notice was
given of said hearing and that the matter is now regularly before
the Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that
the 2nd day of October, 1967 at the hour of 8:00 PM., in the Coun-
cil Chambers in the City Hall at No. 10 South Rosanna Street,
Gilroy, California, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and
place for hearing the report and recommendation of said Planning
Commission and that notice of said hearing be given in accordance
with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Gilroy.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of Sep.tembeli 1967, by the
following vote:

Silva, Wentworth, and Goodrich.
