RESOLUTION NO. 1194
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS
ON SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
LUCHESSA AVENUE IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 1967-2
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy,
California, that
1. The City Clerk of said City be, and she is hereby,
directed to call for bids for the sale of improvement bonds to
be issued pursuant to Resolution No. 1139 of Preliminary Deter-
mination and of Intention adopted by this Council on September 5,
1967, as subsequently amended. The Notice of Sale, in form to be
prepared by Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, shall be given by the
Clerk causing copies thereof to be mailed to the various banks and
bond houses interested in the purchase of such bonds at least ten
days before the date of sale of said bonds. Said bids are to be
received at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on January 15, 1968, and will be re-
ferred to and considered by the Council at its meeting at 8:00
o'clock P.M. on said date.
2. The City will furnish the legal opinion of the law firm
of Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo, California, unquali-
fiedly approving the legality of the proceedings and the issuance
of said bonds.
