RESOLUTION NO. 989
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY SETTING
TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING OF THE REPORT AND RECOMMENDA-
TION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF SAID CITY ON THE
APPLICATION OF A. W. PETERSON AND NANCY PETERSON f HIS
WIFEf TO REZONE PREMISES LOCATED ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF
WREN AVENUE FROM Rl DISTRICT TO R3SDISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the public hearing
upon the report and recommendation of the Planning Commission of
the City of Gilroy upon the application of A. W. PETERSON and NANCY
PETERSON, his wife, for the rezoning of the premises located along
the east side of Wren Avenue from Rl District to R3SDistrict, be
set for Monday, the- 7th day of February, 1966, at the hour of
8:00 oiclock, p.m., in the Council Chambers in the City Hall at
No. 10 South Rosanna Street, Gilroy, California.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that notice of the said hearing be given
in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Gilroy and
the laws of the state of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of January, 1966, by the
following vote:
