SETTING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING OF THE REPORT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
SAID CITY ON THE APPLICATION OF ORBIT DEVELOPMENT

"SOUTHWEST ANNEXATION 65-2 TO THE CITY OF GILROY"

BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the publ ic
hearing upon the report and recommendation of the Planning Commiss-
ion of the City of Gilroy upon the application of ORBIT' DEVELOPMENT
CO.: Inc., a corporationr to rezone a portion comprising 25.099
acres of "Southwest Annexation 65-2 to the City of Gilroy" from
Rl District to R3 District, and other premises comprising 1.15
acres from Rl District to Cl District, be set for Monday, the 21st
day of February, 1966, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock, p.m., in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall at No. 10 South Rosanna Street,
Gilroy, California.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that notice of the said hearing be
given in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Gilroy and the laws of the State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of February, 1966, by the
