RESOLUTION NO. 1050
A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS
NORTH CHURCH STREET EXTENSION
PROJECT NO. 1966-1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy,
California, that
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the project under Resolution
of Intention No. 1028 adopted by the City Council of said City on
June 20, 1966 was $180,491.50, of which the City was to contribute
$35,748.00, leaving a balance to assessment of $144,743.50;
\~EREAS, following the opening of bids for the work said
estimate may be reduced to $ 151,940.75
of which the City
will contribute $ 3i .024.54
, leaving a balance to assessment
of $ l20.916.21

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the total assess-
ment is hereby reduced to $ 120,G16.21
and that each of the
individual assessments shall be reduced by its pro rata share of
the difference between the original assessment and the new assess-
ment.
