RESOLUTION NO. 1056
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING OF THE REPORT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING COMMISS ION OF
SAID CITY ON THE APPLICATION OF JOHN AND INEZ
STELLING AND DR. TAKI ANAGNOS TON FOR THE REZONING
FROM Rl (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT TO
CO (COMMERCIAL OFFICE) DISTRICT LOCATED AT THE
SOU'l'HWEST CORNER OF SIXTH AND PRINCEVALLE
BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the public
hearing upon the report and recommendation of the Planning
Commission of the City of Gilroy upon the application of
JOHN AND INEZ STELLING AND DR. TAKI ANAGNOSTON for the rezoning
of the premises located at the Southwest corner of Sixth and
Princevalle from Rl (Single Family Residential) District to
CO (Commercial Office) District, be set for
Monday
Qctober 6. 19.Q2._-.;...' at the hour of 8: 00 o' clock, P. M., in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall at No. 10 South Rosanna Street,
Gilroy, California.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that notice of the said hearing be
given in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Gilroy and the laws of the State of California.
