RESOLUTION NO. 887
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING
THE CONTRACT WITH THE GILROY GARBAGE DISPOSAL COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED that the written agreement dated the ::l;ittL day
of D~uanver, 196~, now presented to the Council for approval, between
the CITY OF GILROY, a municipal corporation, and the GILROY GARBAGE
DISPOSAL COMPANY, COvering the collection of garbage and rubbish
produced in the city of Gilroy, for ~he five-year period commencing
on the ~.fftllil day of~J.anuaty.'r, 196<5, with two option periods thereon
be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor of the city of
Gilroy is hereby authorized to execute the said agreement on behalf
of the said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of January, 1965, by the
following vote:
