RESOLUTION NO. 890
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTING
TO ITS RECORDATION
BE IT RESOLVED and it is hereby ordered that the CITY OF
GILROY does hereby accept the attached Deed from SYDNEY S. JOHNSON
and JENNIE F. JOHNSON, conveying to it the premises known as
CHRISTMAS HILL PARK, and consents to its recordation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of January, 1965, by the
following vote:
