RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN
CITY OF GILROY AND GAVILAN JOINT JUNIOR COLLEGE DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED that that written agreement between the CITY
OF GILROY and the GAVILAN JOINT JUNIOR COLLEGE DISTRICT relating
to the installation and operation of a sewer line from the campus
of the GAVILAN JUNIOR COLLEGE to the sewer line maintained by the
CITY OF GILROY, which has been prepared after conferences between
the Trustees of the said DISTRICT and the representatives of the
CITY OF GILROY and which is now presented to the Council for
approval, after having been executed by the said DISTRICT, be
and the same is hereby approved by this Council and that said
agreement be executed on behalf of the CITY OF GILROY by its Mayor.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day' of March, 1965, by the
following vote:
