RESOLUTION NO. 905
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY SETTING
TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING OF THE REPORT AND RECOMMENDA-
TION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF SAID CITY ON THE
APPLICATION OF JOSEPH J. MASINI AND DOMENIC P. MASINI TO
REZONE PREMISES LOCATED ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF TENTH
STREET FROM R3 DISTRICT TO C2 DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the public hearing
upon the report and recommendation of the Planning Commission of
the City of Gilroy upon the application of JOSEPH J. MASINI and
DOMENIC P. MASINI for the rezoning of the premises located on
the southerly line of Tenth street having a frontage of 75 feet
on Tenth Street and extending southerly 313 feet in the City of
Gilroy from R3 District to C2 District, be set for April 20, 1965,
at the hour of 8 o'clock, p.m., in the Council Chambers in the
City Hall at No. 10 south Rosanna street, Gilroy, California.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED blat notice of the said hearing be
given in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Gilroy and the laws of the state of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 1965, by the
