RESOLUTION NO. ~
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
AUTHORIZING SALE OF PORTION OF GILROY GYMKHANA GROUNDS
TO JOSEPH ORDAZ AND WIFE UPON CONDITIONS
WHEREAS, the City of G~lroy is the owner of the premises
located in said City, described as follows:
Lot 2 of Tract No. 3710, Gilroy Gymkhana Grounds, as
shown on the official map htereof on record in the office
of the County Recorder, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, in Book 185 of Maps, at page 54;
and
WHEREAS, the said property is not usable by the City and does
not serve any public purpose and the City has heretofore determined
that it will be in the public interest to dispose of the same if
a reasonable price can be obtained therefor: and
WHEREAS, after considerable effort the best price obtainable
for the premises is the sum of ,;~_.." _~,_599 ~O_O. ..___' offered by JOSEPH
ORDAZ and CONSUELO ORDAZ, his wife, under conditions which will
require them to reconvey the premises to the City and the purchase
price money be refunded to them if they do not, wit.,in two years

indus tr ia 1 purposes,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the said premises be sold and
conveyed to the said JOSEPH ORDAZ and CONSUELO ORDAZ, his wife, for

and that the Deed on conveyance be executed on behalf of the C.Lty
of Gilroy by the Mayor.
