RESOLUTION NO. -2,~~..--
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PROSPECTUS
AND OFFICIAL NOTICE OF SALE
PARKING DISTRICT NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 64-1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy,
California, that
WHEREAS, Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, Bond Counsel for
the City, have presented a document entitled IIProspectusll, relat-
ing to the sale of bonds for Parking District No. 1 - $110,000 -
First Division - Special Assessment Bonds Authorized under Bond
Plan D, to be mailed to prospective bidders on said sale, and
this Council has discussed and approved said document;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Prospectus
and form of Official Notice of S21e submitted by Wilson, Jones,
Morton & Lynch is hereby approved, and said firm is hereby
authorized to reproduce said brochure in quantity and to mail it
to banks and bond houses as official information provided by this
Council in connection with said sale.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted and passed by the City Council of the
City of Gilroy, Californie, at a regular meeting thereof held
on the 17th day of May, 1965, by the following vote of the
members thereof:
