RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE FROM PAS JUALE AND LOUISE
FILICE, HIS WIFE, DATED MAY 3, 1965, COVERING
PREMISES KNOWN AS 70 NORTH EIGLEBERRY STREET
BE IT RESOLVED that the CITY OF GILROY does hereby accept
the attached Deed from PAS.-!UALE and LOUISE FILICE, his wife,
dated May 3, 1965, conveying to the CITY OF GILROY premises known
as 70 North Eigleberry street, and the said CITY OF GILROY consents
to the recordation of said Deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this J1lh day of May, 1965, by the following
