RESOLUTION NO. ~
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY TO ENTER
INTO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF GILROY AND THE GAVILAN
JOINT JUNIOR COLLEGE DISTRICT RELATING TO THE COOPERATIVE
DEVELOPMENT AND USE ElRc1fUn::FB.OM A WELL ON THE GAVILAN
JUNIOR COLLEGE CAMPUS AND CONSENTING TO THE EXECUTION OF
SAID.AGREEMENT BY THE MAYOR OF SAID CITY
BE IT RESOLVED that the agreement now presented to the Council
of the City of Gilroy, between the City of Gilroy and the Gavi1an
Joint Junior College District, relating to the cooperative develop-
ment and use of water from a well on the said College campus and
providing for the rights and obligations of each of the parties in
connection with the development of the water supply be entered into
by the City of Gilroy and that said agreement be executed by the
Mayor on behalf of said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24,th day of August, 1965, by the
following vote:
