RESOLUT ION NO.. 966
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE FROM GILROY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
DISTRICT, DATED August 10, 1965
BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Gilroy does
hereby accept the attaqhed Deed from GILROY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT
of Santa Clara County, dated August 10, 1965, conveying a right-of-
way from GILROY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT of Santa Clara County
to the CITY OF GILROY, and consents to its recordation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September, 1965, by the
following vote:
AYES:
COUNCILMEMBERS Allemand, Eckard, Goodrich,
Quartiroli, Wentworth and Petersen.
NOES:
COUNCILMEMBERS None.
ABSENT:
