RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY
APPROVING kV.ENDMENT NUMBER 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE
OF
STATE HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OF GILROY
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of
Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented Amendment
Number 1
to the Agreement for Maintenance of the State
,highway in the City of
Gilroy
, dated.JulY 1. 196C:;,
\1HEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Amendment
Number 1 in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Gilrov
that said Amendment Number
1
is
hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to
sign. the same on behalf of said City.
