RESOLUTION NO. 975
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY FIXING THE TIME OF
HEARING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION OF PLANNING COMMISSION ON APPLICATION
OF THOMAS H. AND BERNICE W. DOHERTY TO REZONE THEIR 1.877 ACRE TRACT OF
LAND ON THE EAST SIDE OF WREN AVENUE IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF THE ARMORY
PREMISES FROM Rl DISTRICT TO R3 DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED that the application of Thomas H. and Bernice
W. Doherty for the rezoning of the premises belonging to them located
along the east side of Wren Avenue immediately north of the Armory
premises and having an area of 1.877 acres and the report of the Plan-
ning Commission upon said application in which it recommends the
grant i ng of the rezon i ng subj ect to the regul at ions of lIS" Zone be
heard before the Council of the City of Gilroy on the 15th day of
November, 1965 at the hour of 8:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at
No. 10 South Rosanna Street, Gilroy, California and that notice of the
hearing be given in accordance with the requirements of the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Gilroy.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of November, 1965, by the
following vote:
