RESOLUTION NO. J95
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
APPLICATION TO REZONE LAS ANIMAS ESTATE& UNIT NO.3, TRACT
3583, FROM R-A TO R-3 DISTRICT
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the Council of the City
of Gilroy the report of the Planning Commission of said City upon
the proposal to amend the zoning ordinance of the City of Gilroy
by reclassifying and placing in R-3 District the following described
premises located in the City of Gilroy now in Zone R-A District, to
wit:
All of the premises located in the subdivision of the City
of Gilroy heretofore approved by the Council designated
as LAS ANIMAS ESTATES UNIT NO.3, TRACT 3583; and,
WHEREAS, the said Planning Commission in its said report
recommended the adoption of the proposed amendment to the said
Zoning Ordinance and it is necessary that a hearing be held before
the Council upon the said proposal;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 20th day of January,
1964, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock, p.m. in the Counc'il Chambers at
No. 10 S. Rosanna Street, Gilroy, California, be and the same is
hereby fixed as the time and place for the hearing of said report
of said Planning Commission and the proposal for the said amendment
of the said Zoning Ordinance;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of said hearing be given
in accordance with the said Zoning Ordinance of the City of Gilroy.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of January, 1964, by the
following vote:
