RESOLUTION NO. 796
RESOLUTION OF THE COU~IL FIXING TIME AND PL~CE OF HEARING
APPLICATION TO REZONE LAS ANIMAS ESTATES, UNIT NO.1, TRACT
3106, AND UNIT NO.2, TRACT 3412, FROM R-A TO R-l DISTRICT
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the Council of the City
of Gilroy the report of the Planning Commission of said City upon
the proposal to amend the zoning Ordinance of the City of Gilroy
by reclassifying and placing in R-l District the following described
premises located in the City of Gilroy now in Zone R-A District, to
wit:
The premises constituting LAS ANIMAS ES~TES, UNIT NO.1,
TRACT 3106, and the premises constituting LAS ANIMAS
ESTATES, UNIT NO.2, TRACT 3412; and,
WHEREAS, the said Planning Commission in its said report
recommended the adoption of the proposed amendment to the said
Zoning Ordinance and it is necessary that a hearing be held before
the Council upon the said proposal;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 20th day of January,
1964, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock, p.m. in the Council Chambers at
No. 10 S. Rosanna Street, Gilroy, California, be and the same is
hereby fixed as the time and place for the hearing of said report
of said Planning Commission and the proposal for the said amendment
of the said Zoning Ordinance;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of said hearing be given
in accordance with the said Zoning Ordinance of the City of Gilroy.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of January, 1964, by the
