RESOLUTION NO. 797
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GILIWY
ADOPTING BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF
FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES
J
WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by the City
of Gilroy , hereinafter referred to as
the city, and the State Department of Public Works, Division
of Highways, hereinafter referred to as the department, on
Pebruary 28 , 1961 , for expenditure of state allocated
. funds; and, -
WHEREAS, a project statement has been prepared and was
submitted to the department on September 3 , 19 63 showing
the estimated expenditures of such funds recommended-rQ be made
during the 19 63- 64 fiscal year; and,
WHEREAS, a budget, approved by the department on Deceaber 23.
19~ has been presented to the city council in accordance with
the project statement submitted by the city; and,
WHEREAS, the city council has heard read said budget, as
approved by the department, and is familiar with the contents
thereof;
