RESOLUTION NO. 798
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL
PROPERTY AND CONSENTING TO ITS RECORDATION
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Gilroy accepts the
attached conveyance of real property from SYDNEY S. JOHNSON
and JENNIE F. JOHNSON, his wife, and consents to its recordation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of January, 1964, by the
following vote:
