RESOLUTION NO. 802
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT WITH
ARCHITECTS FOR JAIL AND POLICE FACILITY
WHEREAS, the City of Gilroy contemplates the construction
of a jail and police facility in the city of Gilroy and has
negotiated with AKOL and HANSEN, A.I.A'r and HUGHAN and HUGHAN,
ASSOCIATES, as architects to prepare plans, drawings and specifi-
cations required for such a building, which is not to cost in
excess of $125,000.00, and an agreement between the said archi-
tects and the City of Gilroy for the preparation of designs,
drawings, plans and specifications required for said jail and
police facility has been prepared and is now presented to the
Council for consideration and action and the said Council
having considered the same,
IT IS NOW RESOLVED that the said contract shall be and is hereby
approved and that it be signed on behalf of the City of Gilroy
by the Mayor.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of February, 1964, by
the following vote:
