RESOLUTION NO. 805
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE FROM WALK CORPORATION TO
SAID CITY OF GILROY LOCATED ALONG WESTERLY LINE
OF THE SOUTHERLY EXTENSION OF CHURCH STREETr
DATED NOVEMBER 15, 1963
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Gilroy does hereby accept
the conveyance of the property described in the attached Deed
from WALK CORPORATIONr a corporation, of premises located along
the Westerly boundary line of the Southerly extension of Church
Street, dated November 15, 1963, and consents to the recordation
of said Deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of March, 1964, by the
following vote:
