RESOLUTION NO. 807
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
A LOCAL AGENCY STATE AGREEMENT NO. UE 64-3 FOR THE
IMPROVEMENT OF LEAVESLEY ROAD BElwEEN MONTEREY ROAD
AND EAST CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF GILROY
WHEREAS, the City of Gilroy and the State of California,
Department of Publ ic Works, Division of Hi~hways, desire to execute
an agreement for the improvement of Leavesley Road between Monterey
Road and the East City Limits of the City of Gilroy; and
WHEREAS, an agreement entitled llLocal Agency-State Agreement
No. UE 64-3, Federal Aid Secondary Roadsll, has been submitted to this
Council for execution, and a copy of said agreement is attached hereto
and made a part hereof by reference;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Gilroy desires
to execute the aforementioned agreement, and hereby authorizes and
directs the Mayor to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of
G i I roy.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Gilroy,
County of Santa Clara, State of Cal ifornia on March 2, 1964 by the
