RESOLUTION NO. 829
RESOLUTION CONCURRING IN THE DESIGNATION
OF ROUTES OF THE FEDERAL AID SECONDARY
SYSTEM IN SANTA CLARA COUNTY
wHEREAS, the County of Santa Clara has, by resolution,
concurred in the proposed designati.on of the following roads
as shovm on Exhibit "All attached and made by reference a .part
of this Resolution and has concurred in the incorporation of
said roads in the Federal Aid Secondary system within the
County of Santa Claxa; and
WHEREAS, the ~ of
Gilrov
has been re-
quested by the State of California, Department of Public
Works, Division of Highways, to concur in the selection, ex-
tension, and designation of said Federal Aid Secondary sys-
tem insofar as it traverses territory lying within the bounds
of the ~ of
Gilrov
.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the City
Council of the City of
Gilroy
hereby concurs
in the proposed designation of the following roads as shown
on Exhibit "A" attached as Federal Aid Secondary Route
,
and further concurs in the incorporation of the said roads in
the Federal Aid Secondary system within the County of Santa
Clara.
