RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING OF REPORT AND
RECOMMENDATION OF PLANNING COMMISSION UPON THE
PROPOSAL THAT THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF GILROY BE AMENDED BY ADDING TO SUBDIVISION
(a) OF SEC. 32.2 OF SAID ZONING ORDINANCE A
PROVISION PERMITTING ANY USE IN AN R3X ZONING
DISTRICTr IF AND WHEN SAID R3X DISTRICT IS MADE
A PART OF THE ZONING ORDINANCEr TO A CONDITIONAL
USE IN A Cl DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED that Monday, the 6th day of July, 1964,
at the hour of 8 otclock, p.m., in the Council Chambers in
the City Hall,at No. 10 South Rosanna Street, Gilroy, Cali-
fornia,be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and the
place for the hearing of the proposal of the Planning Commission
of the City of Gilroy that the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Gilroy be amended by changing subdivision (a) of Sec. 32.2 of
said ordinance so that the same shall read as follows:
"(a) Any use permitted in the R3, CO or R3X District."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of the time and place
of hearing said proposal shall be given in accordance with the
said Zoning Ordinance and the law of the State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of June, 1964, by the
following vote:
