RESOLUTION NO. 834
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING OF REPORT AND
RECOMMENDATION OF PLANNING CQAMISSION UPON ITS
PROPOSAL TO AMEND ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY
SO AS TO PERMIT MOBILE TRAILER PARKS IN AN M2
LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE ONLY UNDER A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT
BE IT RESOLVED that Monday, the 6th day of July, 1964,
at the hour of 8 otclock, p.m., in the Council Chambers in
the City Hall, at No. 10 South Rosanna Street, Gilroy, Cali-
fornia, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place
for the hearing of report and recommendat ion of the Planning
Commission upon its proposal to amend Sec. 42.1 of Ordinance
No. 711 (Zoning Ordinance) so as to permit trailer parks in
an M2 Light Industrial zone only under a conditional use
permit.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of said hearing be
given as required by the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Gilroy and the law of the State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of June, 1964, by the
following vote:
