RESOLUTION NO. 841
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING APPOINTMENT
OF CECIL A. REINSCH, ASSISTANT CITY ADMINISTRATOR, TO SERVE AS CITY
ADMINISTRATOR PROTEMPORE.
WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Gilroy, Section 705, does
set forth that the City Administrator shall appoint, subject to the
approval of the Council, one of the other officers or department heads
of the City to serve as City Administrator Protempore during the tem-
porary absence or disabil ity of the City Administrator; and,
WHEREAS, Fred o. Wood, City Administrator, has appointed Cecil
A. Reinsch, Assistant City Administrator, to serve as City Administrator
Protempore, subject to the approval of the Council.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Gilroy does approve the appointment of Cecil A. Reinsch, Assis-
tant City Administrator, to serve as City Administrator Protempore.
