RESOLUTION NO. 847
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CrI'Y CLERK
OF 'rHE CITY OF GILROY TO EXECUTE THE OWNERIS
CERTIFICATE UPON THE OFFICIAL MAP OF TRACT NO.
3770c GILROY GYMKHANA GROUNDS
WHEREAS the City of Gilroy, a municipal corporation in the
County of Santa Clara, State of California, is the owner in fee
simple of the premises ShO~l and designated on the map or plat
about to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of
said County of Santa Clara, designated as "Tract No. 3770, Gilroy
Gymkhana Grounds!; and
WHEREAS the City of Gilroy has caused the said land to be
subdivided, as ShO~l upon the aforesaid plat or map, in accordance
with the law of the State of California, and it is necessary that
the certificate of the owner of the said premises appear on the
final map of said subdivision;
NOWc THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED and it is hereby ordered that
the certificate of the O~lers of the said premises be executed
on behalf of the City of Gilroy by its Mayor and the City Clerk.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rdday of August, 1964, by the
following vote:
