RESOLUTION NO. 84~
MAYOR AND
RESOLUTION .~UTHORIZING THE/ CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE, ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY OF GILROY, THE APPROVAL AND ACCEPT-
ANCE OF THE MAP OF TRACT _NO. 3770, 'GILROY GYMKHANA
GROUNDS
WHEREAS; the City of Gilroy is subdividing a tract of land
o~led by it and the official map or plat of the said subdivision
has been prepared and is des igna.ted and known as "Tract No. 3770,
Gilroy Gymkhana Grounds", which is to be the official name of
said subdivision and map; and
WHEREASt the said map of the said tract has been presented
to the Council of the City of Gilroy for acceptance and approval
this 3rd day of Angust, 1964, and said Council desires to accept
and approve said map;
NOW, THEREFOREc BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Gilroy does
hereby approve and accept the said map as presented;
And be it further o:-dered that all streets, alleys, and
easements upon said map be accepted on behalf o~ the publici

Gilroy be and they I hereby authorized to sign the official
certificate of acceptance upon the said map on behalf of the
City of Gilroy.
