RESOLUTION NO. 851
BE [T RESOLVED and it is hereby ordered by the Council that the
21st day of September 1964, at the hour of 8:00 p.m. in the Council
Chambers in the City Hall,No. 10 South Rosanna Street, Gilroy, Cal ifornia,
be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place for the Public Hearing
before the Council of the report of the Planning Commission upon the applica-
tion of Carmen E. Filice for the rezoning of certaIn p~emises located along
the westerly side of North Monterey Street from R-l District to M-2 District,
and that notice of said hearing be given in accordance with the Zoning
Ordinance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of August 1964 by the following
