RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING
FREE~AY AGREEME~~
WHEREAS, the State ot California, through ita Department ot
Public Works, Division of Highways.. has presented an agreement
enti tIed "Freevla;Y'" Agreement II which concerns State Highway Route
101 within the City of Gilroy between the south city limits and
the north city limits.. and
v:HEBF~S.. the City Council has heard read said agreement in
tull and is familiar with the contents thereof.
T.HEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of Gilroy that said agreement be and the same is hereby approved
and the Mayor and the City Clerk are direct~d to sign the same
on behalf of the City.
