RESOLUTION NO. 863
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED
BE IT RESOLVED that the CITY OF GILROY does hereby accept
the attached deed dated sePtember,~/st, 1964, conveying to the
City of Gilroy an easement for public utilities and drainage
purposes, which deed was executed by DENNIS DEBELL and CHARLOTTE
DEBELLO" his wife, and LARRY FRISONEand GLORIA FRISONE, his wife,
and the City of Gilroy does hereby consent to the recordation of
said Deed.
Passed and Adopted this 21st day of September, 1964, by
the following vote:
