RESOLryTION ACCEPTING DEED
BE IT RESOLVED that the CITY OF GILROY does hereby accept

the attached deed dated September~, 1964, conveying to the
City of Gilroy an easement for public utilities and drainage
purposes, which deed was executed by ANGELO MANGANO, a single
man, and the City of Gilroy does hereby consent to the recordation
of said Deed.
