RESOLUTION NO. 871
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY FIXING
TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION OF
PLANNING COMMISSION UPON THE APPLICATION OF PROPERTY
OWNERS OF PREMISES LOCATED ALONG THE EASTERLY SIDE OF
EIGLEBERRY STREET FROM NINTH TO TENTH STREETS TO AMEND
ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY BY REMOVING SAID PROPERTY
FROM R3 DISTRICT AND PLACING IN C2 DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED that the report and recommendation of the
Planning Commission of the Cl.ty of Gilroy :.1pon the application
of property owners owning premises along the easterly side of
Eigleberry Street from Ninth to Tenth street to amend the zoning
Ordinance of the City of Gilroy by rezoning said premises from
R3 (Low Density Multiple Residence) District to C2 (General
Commercial) District or Zone in which report the Planning Commission
recommends that said amendment be adopted, be set for hearing
before the Council of the City of Gilroy on Monday, the 7th day
of December, 1964, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock, p.m., in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall at NO. 10 South Rosanna street,
Gilroy, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of the said hearing be
given in accordance with the zoning Ordinance of the City of
Gilroy and the law of the state of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 1964, by the
following vote:
