CITY OF GilBOY
ADOPTING BUDGET I~OH EXPENDI'l'UHE OF'
FUNDS ALLOC ATED FROM THE STATE HIGH1tJ AY FUND TO CITIES
WHEREAS a master agreement has been executed by the
City of Gilroy , hereinafter referred to as the
City, and the State Department of Public Works, Division of
Highways, hereinafter referred to as the Department, on
February 28, 1961 , for expenditure of State-allocated
funds; and
WHEREAS a project statement has been prepared and
was submitted to the Department on October 5 , 19 64
showing the estimated expenditures of such funds recommended
to be made during the 1964 -~ fiscal year; and
WHEREAS a budget approved by the Department on
November 17, 19 64 has been presented to the City Council
in accordance with the project statement submitted by the City;
and
WHEREAS the City Council has considered said budget,
as approved by the Department, and is familiar with the contents
thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council that said
budget be and is hereby adopted as the budget of expenditures
recommended to be made from such funds during the 19 64-~ fiscal
year.
