RESOLUTION NO. 876
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FILING OF APPLICATION
WITH PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION FOR RELOCATION
OF CROSSING NUMBER E-80.7 WITHIN THE CITY
LIMITS OF THE CITY OF GILROY.
The City Council of the City of Gi lroy does resolve as
follows:
That it does hereby authorize the fi I ing of an application
before the Public Util ities Commission of the State of California,
for the relocation of crossing number E-80.7 within the city limits
of the City of Gi Iroy, and that it does hereby authorize the execution
of said application by the Director of Public Works, on behalf of City.
