Resolution 723 RESOLUTION NO. 723 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING PIAT OF "GARDEN ESTATES" A SUBDIVISION OF WALK INCORPORATED, A CORPORATION. WHEREAS, Walk Incorporated, a corporation, as the owner of a proposed subdivision to be known as "Garden Estates" in the City of Gilroy, has presented to the Council of said City, for approval, a plat of said proposed subdivision designated as "Garden Estates" tract No. 3398 and the said Council has examined the said plat and finds it in order and meriting approval and that said plat should be officially approved upon the execution of an agreement by the owners of said subdivision in which the subdivider agrees to furnish and install certain improvements in the subdivision as set forth in the resolutions and ordinances of the City of Gilroy including streets, highways, public ways and sewer facilities which are a part of or pertinent to the subdivision including the necessary rolling, grading and paving of the streets; construction and installation of curbs, sidewalks and gutters, catch basins, sewer lines, water pipe lines, culverts, off site storm drains, sanitary sewers, street lighting, street signs, fire hydrants, fire alarm boxes, trees and other improvements in accordances with and as required by the plans and specifications for any and all of said improvements and "the ordinances and resolutions adopted by the Council of the City of Gilroy and standards applicable thereto which are on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Gilroy; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED and it is hereby ordered that the Council of the City of Gilroy does approve the said plat of the said subdivision hereinbefore named upon the condition that the said subdivider enter into a written agreement with the said City of Gilroy to furnish all of the aforesaid improvements and facilities and the filing of a bond with the City of Gilroy in the proper amount, executed by a responsible surety company to secure performance of said agreement and the deposit of cash in the sum of $ 7.147.55 for off site drainage and upon the execution of said agreement and the f~rnishing (I) '..4 'i /''' of said bond approved by the City Attorney of the City of Gilroy the proper officials of the City of Gilroy shall duly approve and accept the said plat of said subdivision.
