RESOLUTION NO. 727
RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ACCEPTING
CONVEYANCE FROM SYDNEY S. JOHNSON AND JENNIE F. JOHNSON
OF PORTION OF PREMISES KNOWN AS CHRISTMAS HILL RANCH.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Gilroy that
said City of Gilroy does hereby accept the attached conveyance
from Sydney S. Johnson and Jennie F. Johnson, his wife, to the
City of Gilroy, dated January 16, 1963, conveying the South-
easterly one-third of that part of the premises known as Christmas
Hill Ranch still owned by Sydney S. Johnson and Jennie F. Johnson,
his wife, and that said City of Gilroy does hereby consent to
the recordation of said conveyance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of January, 1963, at a
regular meeting of the Council of the City of Gilroy by the following
vote:
