RESOLUTION NO.7~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GILROY ASSUMING RESPONSIBILITIES FOR
ENFORCEMENT OF MOBILEHOMES AND MOBILEHOMES PARK LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Gilroy as follows:
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 18,010 of the Health and Safety
Code of the State of California, the City of Gilroy does hereby assume
responsibility for the enforcement of the provisions of the Mobilehomes and
Mobilehome Parks Law contained in Part 2 of Division 13 of the Health and
Safety Code, consisting of Section 18,000 through 18,475 inclusive.
The City Administrator is hereby directed to give written notice
of the adoption of this resolution to the Division of Housing of the Depart-
ment of Industrial Relations of the State of California.
This resolution shall be effective upon the giving of said noticeo
