RESOLUTION NO. 736
RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
OF APPLICATION OF WALK INCORPORA'rED TO REZONE FROM ZONE
"B" TO ZONE "AI' PREMISES KNOWN AS GARDEN ESTATES, A SUB-
DIVISION IN THE CITY OF GILROY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Gilroy, that
Monday, the
4th day of March, 1963, at the hour of 8:00 oclock
P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Council in the city Hall,
10 South Rosana Street, Gilroy, be, and the same is hereby fixed,
as the time and place of hearing the application of Walk Incorporated
to rezone premises in the City of Gilroy, known and designated as
"Garden Estates", a subdivision, from zone "B" District to zone "A"
District, and the report and recommendation of the Planning Commission
of the city of Gilroy, upon said application, reference being hereby
made to the maps and general zoning ordinance of the city of Gilroy.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of the said hearing be
given in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of the city of Gilroy
and the Government Code of the State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th
day of February, 1963, by the
