RESOLUTION NO. 745
RESOLUTION OF THE COillJCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ADOPTING A
POLICY FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF COSTS TO SUBDIVIDERS AND/OR
LAND DEVELOPERS FOR INSTALLATION OF FACILITIES WHICH
BENEFITS ADJACENT PROPERTY.
WHEREAS,it has been determined by the Council that a policy
should be developed whereby subdividers and/or land developers
who install or construct certain facilities which benefit
adjacent property when the adjacent property develops; and,
WHEREAS, such a policy has been developed by the City
Administrative Staff and the Council has duly considered
the policy and has determined it to be equitable to land
developers and conducive to the orderly growth of the City,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the said reimbursement
policy be adopted and become a part hereof, and that copies
of said policy be made available to interested parties.
