RESOLUTION NO. 749
RESOLUTION FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING REPORT
OF PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF GILROY RECOMMENDING
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A FIFTH DRAINAGE ELEMENT OF THE
MASTER PLAN TO BE KNOWN AS DRAINAGE ELEMENT ZONE "E"
BE IT RESOLVED that Monday, the 6th
day of May, 1963,
at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m. in the Council Chambers in the
City Hall at 10 South Rosanna Street, Gilroy, California, be
and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place of hearing the
report of the Planning Commission of the City of Gilroy in which
it recommends that there be established a Fifth Drainage Element
of the Master Plan of the City of Gilroy to be known as Drainage
Element Zone liE";
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of the said hearing be
given in accordance with law and the ordinances of the City of
Gilroy.
PASSED AND ADOPTED, this 16th day of April, 1963, by the
following vote:
