RESOLUTION NO. 763
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNClL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE AUTHORIZED AGENT OF THE CITY OF GILROY TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT
TO OLD-AGE, SURVIVORS, AND DISABILITY INSURANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE
OF CALIFORN IA.
WHEREAS, the City of Gilroy deems it to be in the best interest
of the City to execute an amendment to the Old-Age, Survivors, and
Disability Insurance Agreement with the State of California executed on
May 7, 1951, to correctly state the exclusion of part-time election
officer positions, effective January I, 1951;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Authorized Agent of
the City of Gilroy, be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to
execute the said amendment to the Old-Age, Survivors, and Disabil ity
Insurance Agreement.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of June, 1963, by the following
vote:

NO ES :
COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Eckard,Quartiroli, and Wentworth.
