RESOLUTION NO. 765
RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING REPORT OF PLANNING
COMMISSION RECOMMENDING ORIGINAL ZONING OF "WESTWOOD ACRES",. A SUBDIVISION
AND THAT THE ZONING ORDINANCE BE AMENDED ACCORDINGLY.
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby ordered, that Monday the 1st day
of July, 1963, at the hour of 8:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers in the
City Hall, No. 10 South Rosanna Street, Gilroy, California be, and the same
is hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing the report of the Plan-
ning Commission of the City of Gilroy upon the appl ication of Kentwood
Development Corp. [nc., a corporation, to amend the Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Gilroy by originally zoning "Westwood Acres" a subdivision
constituting a portion of the Sixth Western Addition to the City of Gilroy,
in which report said Planning Commission recommends that the application
be granted.
BE [T FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of the said hearing be given
in accordanGe with the Zoning Ordinance of the said City of Gilroy and
the Government Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of June, 1963 by the following
vote:

and Petersen.
