RESOLUTION NO. 766
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH
PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY TO USE THEIR POLES FOR FIRE ALARM CIRCUITS AND
OTHER PUBLIC FACILITiES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Gilroy that the Mayor
and Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized, empowered, and directed, for and
on behalf of said City, to enter into and execute with Pacific Gas and Electric
Company, a corporation, that certain agreement which relates to the permission
given by said Company to said City to install, maintain, and use fire alarms,
police signals, electrically controlled traffic signals, and appliances con-
nected therewith on certain poles owned by said Company or said Company and
others and which was submitted by said Company at this meeting to this City
