RESOLUTION NO. ,771
A RESOLUTION OF THE COm~CIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ADOPTING PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS.
WHEREAS, the Personnel Commission has prepared Personnel
Rules and Regulations as charged in Sections 907 (b) and 1002 of
the Charter of the City of Gilroy, and
WHEREAS, said Personnel Commission did hold a public
hearing on r'Iarch 12, 1963 as required in Section 907 (b) of
said charter and did incorporate in said Personnel Rules and
Regulations suggestions received at said hearing, and
WHEREAS, the Council did receive copies of said Personnel
Rules and Regulations on Tvlay 20, 1963 and did ammend Section
IV E concerning "Retirement",
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the PERSONNEL
RULES AND REGULATIONS as prepared by the Personnel Commission
and as ammended by the Council of the City of Gilroy be adopted.
