RESOLUTION NO. 774
RESOLUTION FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING OF REPORT
OF PLANNING COMMISSION UPON ITS PROPOSAL TO ESTABLISH
OFFIC~L PLAN LINES FOR THIRD STREET BETWEEN SANTA
THERESA DRIVE AND WESTWOOD ACRES',. AFTER HOLDING HEARING
THEREON
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Gilroy has
reported to the Council of said city upon its decision and
determination and recommendation upon its proposal to establish
official plan lines for Third Street between Santa Theresa Drive
and Westwood Acres, after holding a hearing upon said proposal
of which notice was duly given as required by law, in which
report the said Commission recommends the establishment of said
official plan lines as proposedi and
WHEREAS, the law requires that a hearing be held before the
Council of the said city upon the proposal to establish official
plan linesi
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS ORDERED that the

the Council Chambers in the City Hall, No. 10 S. Rosanna St.;
Gilroy, California, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time
and place of the public hearing before the Council upon the said
proposal to establish official plan lines, and that notice of
said hearing be given in accordance with law.
