RESOLUTION NO. 792
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
GILROY AND THE DONALD L. STONE ORGANIZATION FOR
THE FURNISHING AND CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS
ON SUBDIVIDED LAND TO COMPLY WITH CONDITIONS UNDER
WHICH SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS LAS ANIMAS ESTATES, UNIT
NO.3, TRACT 3583, WAS APPROVED BY THE COUNCIL
WHEREAS there has now been presented to the Council of the
City of Gilroy a written contract between the said City and
the DONALD L. STONE ORGANIZATION requiring that the said DONALD
L. STONE ORGANIZATION furnish, construct and install certain
improvements and pay certain sums for offsite drainage and
offsite water and provide a bond to secure the performance of
the agreement of said organization, in order to secure the
approval of the CITY to the subdivision map covering Las Animas
Estate Unit No.3, Tract 3583, of which the said DONALD L. STONE
ORGANIZATION is the developer; and
WHEREAS the said agreement has been examined by the Council
and the said Council believes it to be in proper form and contains
the proper provisions and that said agreement should be approved;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the said agreement as
presented to the Council be and the same is hereby approved and
that same be signed by the Mayor on behalf of the City of Gilroy, and
upon signing said agreement by the subdivider and furnishing the required bond said
map shall stand PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of Decembero 1963, by the
approved.
