RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY FIXING
TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING OF THE REPORT OF THE CITY
PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF GILROY ON THE PROPOSED
"DRAINAGE ELEMENT" OF THE MASTER PLAN OF THE CITY OF GILROY.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Gilroy has
heretofore had studies made by the members of its own staff, in-
eluding the City Engineer, on a proposed element of the general
or master plan of the City of Gilroy known as the "Drainage Element",
which said plan consists of a map entitled GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY
OF GILROY DRAINAGE ELEMENT, which said map shows the general loca-
tion and extent of said "Drainage Element", together with a report
cons isting of 2 pages entitled:
IIDRAINAGE ELEMENT NUMBER ONE OF THE MASTER PLAN"
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Gilroy
has reported upon the said proposed "Drainage Element" plan, and
this report is on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of
Gilroy, and it is necessary before the Council of the City of Gilroy
can consider the approval and adoption of said "Drainage Element"
that hearings be held in accordance with law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the matter of the approval
and adoption of the said "Drainage Element" of the said Master or
General Plan will be heard before the Council of the City of
Gilroy at the hour of 8:00 O'clock P. M. on the 6th day of March,
1961, in the Council Chambers of the City of Gilroy, City Hall,
Sixth and Rosanna Streets; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk cause notice
to be given of such hearing in the manner and for the period re-
quired by law and the ordinances of the City of Gilroy>
